The nightly/weekly rate is for the whole property up to two people and up to two dogs or cats.
There is a £15 per-person-per-night charge for over two people staying.
We ask for 50% deposit on booking and the balance seven days before your arrival.
Full refund of deposit for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund of deposit for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. *Please ensure you have up to date travel insurance*
