Countryside walks are minutes from the door and there are many great walking routes in the Wolds, An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is also 25 minutes from the sea, with a choice of deserted beaches and nature reserves dotting the coastline. Cyclists are well catered for with a mixture of flat and hilly country lanes to choose from, with nice country pubs along the way.

Louth has a great selection of independent shops alongside more recognisable high street brands. There are many places to eat and drink. Cafes, bistros, restaurants and pubs all provide for a wide variety of tastes and budgets.

"We have just returned from a memorable stay at Linden View with our 2 Border Terriers. It was a great base to explore the area and had everything we needed.  It was clean and comfortable (especially the double bed),  had convenient parking, an enclosed garden, a short walk to town centre and dog walks from the door. Waiting for us when we arrived was a lovely welcome pack -  it included the local  Plum bread which was delicious - so much so we've brought home 4 with us! I strongly recommend you consider booking.
